Who I am

Hi! I’m Allie — the baker, decorator, and dessert-obsessed human behind AllieBellBakes.

I’ve been baking since I can remember, when I first fell in love with boxed mixes and the thrill of making something delicious for everyone. What started as a childhood hobby became a creative outlet I couldn’t stay away from. I baked for fun, baked to relax, and eventually baked to make people happy.

By high school, I was working in local bakeries, learning everything I could — from piping basics to how to run a busy weekend counter. With the support of my friends and family, that continued through college, where I balanced my studies in marketing and entrepreneurship with bakery shifts and late-night recipe testing. I officially started selling my own baked goods during my sophomore year at UW–Madison, and things took off when my brown butter chocolate chunk cookies became a fan favorite.

Since then, I’ve added snickerdoodles, custom cookie cakes, and signature layer cakes (both classic and decorative) to the lineup. I graduated from UW–Madison in 2025, and I’m spending the summer back home in New York before heading to NYC this fall to attend the Institute of Culinary Education for a degree in Pastry & Baking Arts.

AllieBellBakes is where I bring together all the things I love most: classic but bold flavors, clean and creative designs, and the joy of sharing something homemade. Whether you're celebrating something big or just want a treat that tastes like it was made for you, every order is baked by me — with care, intention, and a whole lot of butter.
